Dan is a founding partner with Factoring Solutions Inc. Previously he was Vice President of Corporate Development at an oilfield services company and prior to that Vice-President of a Calgary based venture capital firm. Mr. Ardiel was a founding shareholder of Maxen Petroleum Inc. (now Pan Orient Energy Corp.).

Mike Sloane is a Principal with our company and works to share FSI’s strategy and vision with our customers and investors. Mike’s primary focus over his 26 years as a professional has been the strategic planning and development of the companies he has worked with. He has spent significant time in data technologies, advertising and design, as well as the manufacturing and fabrication industries. Mike is an accomplished Red Seal Journeyman welder and along with his wife Tanya, owners/operators of a clinic that provides therapy services to help children with speech and motor skills.
